Siva leads all Engineering aspects of RightData globally. His primary duties include Strategy, Development & Operations of RightData's India Digital Center and Ownership of Global engineering, delivering industry-leading DataOps and Data Integration platform. He works closely with RightData's Executive leadership & Product Owners to build RighData's next-generation DataOps & DataIntegration Platform, harnessing the power of cloud computing and artificial intelligence.

Prior to joining RightData, Siva led Omega Healthcare's Digital transformation as the Head of Technology & Strategy. During his professional journey of 25 years, he has led many Digital Transformations, IT Mergers & Acquisition’s, SAP Implementations creating value at Enterprise scale in organizations such as UBS Investments group, Coca-Cola, Nike, Target and Mylan (Viatris now).

He holds a Masters of Engineering in E.C.E, from the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru.

Matt is a financial leader with an exceptional technology and strategic growth background. With an MBA from Columbia University and a B.S. from Duke in Physics and Economics, he came to industry filled prepared for high performance companies. At IBM he was selected for an immediate high potential path, a hallmark of his career at all his follow-on companies during his career. Matt will lead all of RightData’sfinancial and contracting efforts at RightData.

As a passionate data practitioner and leader, Suresh brings an in-depth techno-functional knowledge to the table with profound experience attained by providing several data-centric solutions and by building data-focused applications for several fortune 100 companies wearing different hats from hands-on to leadership roles. His strong experience in the data and analytics space adds tremendous value to RightData’s technology team. He always envisions end-user experience should be given similar importance as it is given to the solutioning part of it.

Sridhar brings broad range of implementation experience, managed complex client’s distinctive set of challenges, solving strategic and operational issues especially in data integrations & data quality space. Before co-founding RightData, he has been part of many successful implementations playing architect / leadership roles, has experience as an accomplished data architect, hands-on as designer, worked on performance

Vasu is a seasoned data practitioner and leader who has spent his career delivering successful innovative solutions to address the contemporary and mission-critical initiatives of data organizations. Before co-founding RightData, Vasu was Senior Vice President at Bank of America responsible for Data integrations, reporting, planning, and forecasting functions. His diverse experience in playing critical leadership roles for management consulting and end-client organizations enabled him to be a well-rounded professional.
